I’ve worked on marketplaces, e-commerce sites, SaaS products, directories, and telehealth platforms. Some projects start with a new idea. Others need someone to understand an existing system, fix what’s slowing it down, and make it easier to develop further.

Since 2023, I’ve led engineering at Pikadil, a deals platform I co-founded. I lead a small development team while staying hands-on with the backend, architecture, integrations, and infrastructure. Alongside that work, I take on consulting and development engagements for agencies and direct clients.

My technical SEO experience also shapes how I build. I consider how a website is crawled, indexed, and maintained alongside its data, performance, and user experience.

Before writing code, I want to understand what the business needs, who will use the system, and what constraints we’re working with. That helps me decide whether the right next step is a focused fix, an integration, or something new.

I look for solutions that are straightforward to operate and maintain. Clear data flows, reliable background jobs, and useful admin tools often matter as much as the features people see.

I use AI tools in development, including Claude Code and Cursor, to help with implementation, investigation, and testing. I remain responsible for the architecture, reviewing the code, and checking that the result solves the intended problem.

You work directly with me, from the initial discussion through implementation. I explain trade-offs, raise questions early, and keep progress visible through clear written updates.

I can work alongside your existing developers, take ownership of a defined project, or support an agency under its own brand. I’m also open to full-time contract engagements of three to six months, with timing and scope agreed up front.

Based in Batumi, Georgia (UTC+4), I work remotely in English and Russian. We agree on meeting times and working overlap at the start of an engagement.
